At GetSet.pk, your satisfaction is our top priority.

Shipping Details

  • Delivery Charges: Rs. 299/- | Free Delivery on orders over Rs. 2000/-

  • Orders are processed on working days.

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days (no delivery on Sundays). During peak seasons or high demand, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

  • New customers will receive order confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp from our Customer Service team.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. Return Period

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original, unopened condition. Products returned in a condition that is not resellable will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping returns via a traceable courier or registered post.

2. Faulty Products

  • If you receive a defective or malfunctioning product, contact us immediately.

  • Faulty products can be returned within 7 days in their original packaging with all accessories.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on product availability.

  • To exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, fill out the return/exchange form.

  • A courier will collect your current product and deliver the replacement.

  • Exchange delivery charges: approx. Rs. 350 (covers 2-way courier costs).

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2–4 working days after we receive and inspect returned items.

  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.

  • Delivery charges (Rs. 299) are non-refundable, except in cases of GetSet.pk errors (e.g., faulty products).

  • If your refund is delayed, check your bank account and credit card company first, then contact us at info.getset2@gmail.com.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  • GetSet.pk is not liable for items lost during return transit.

6. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges

  • If a return/exchange is due to a change of mind or mistaken order, delivery charges will not be refunded.

  • Free delivery means the cost is incorporated into the product price.
